Welcome to Rushden Full Gospel Church

“We are a church Committed to God's Mission and preparing ourselves for Christ's imminent return”

Baptisms (05/03/2017)

On Sunday the 5th we were very pleased to baptise three people. We love seeing people publically announce their faith and enter into a new life that no longer has to consist of the stains from their previous one. God is so good to us and he is making all things work...

Apostolic Lead

We recognise Jesus as the head of the church and endeavour to be spirit led following the pattern of scripture. We believe in team leadership and operate out of God given gifts. We are accountable.

Relationally Connected

We pride ourselves in being part of a strongly connected national movement of christian believers. We are linked with the many other churches in our local town with whom we work together. We are connected by faith to God and are relationally orientated rather than task orientated; we put people before programmes.

Mission Focused

We believe Jesus is the missing component in every person’s life. We have heart to share Jesus both locally and globally. We seek to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We encourage every person to engage with an outward expression of their faith. We support and send both short and long term missionaries.

King’s Army Youth Group
Jun 28 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Kings Army is now friendly youth house group where time is spent delving into scripture. It is a time where the aim is to help the young people to realise the relevance of God’s word and help them to apply its messages to their lives. With food and fun to share, this session is for anyone aged 11-15 that wants to check out God for themselves and see God speak into their lives in real and relevant ways.

Men’s bible study @ Full Gospel Church
Jun 29 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

A friendly, informal time of bible study usually based around watching a video followed by discussion and prayer.

Xtreme Kids Club @ Full Gospel Church
Jun 30 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

For 5 to 11 age group with all kinds of activities and games.

Family and Worship Service
Jul 2 @ 10:45 am – 12:15 pm

The main worship service for the week is on Sunday morning. Worship is led by various teams and is modern and chorus based, with times for open prayer and ministry gifts.

Communion forms part of our worship except on the first Sunday of the month when we have a more informal children’s focussed service. All present who have faith in God are encouraged to participate in communion, and families supervise their own children at their discretion.

Teaching is always Bible based and brings a mixture of practical teaching and a time for response and application.

We have a strong emphasis on missions and seek to have guest missions input to our regular teaching which is taught and prepared by the church leadership team or those under training or recognised teachers/preachers.

The Family Worship service is held on the first Sunday of each month and is a more informal family focussed service with the children remaining throughout.

For those of pre-school age we do have a crèche room facility and a small team who can supervise this if required. Though we are happy to have nursing or younger children stay in for the whole service and are not fussy about normal and natural infant crying or noise!

Evening Worship Service @ Full Gospel Church
Jul 2 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The evening worship service follows a similar pattern to the morning service except that no specific provision is made for children.

Evening services tend to be a little shorter, with communion celebrated on the first Sunday of the month.
